New extension and internal alterations to Grade II listed property

The work comprised alterations and repairs to the Grade II listed house, including the introduction of a new garden room extension, repairs to a free standing garden wall and internal alterations comprising the creation of new openings in load bearing masonry.

During construction a number of defects were identified and ACA developed light touch repairs to the historic structure, many associated with small interventions to improve the internal layout.

SUDs drainage comprised directing surface water to a pond which provides attenuation, releasing the water to a series of ditches and streams before discharging to the River Beult.
