Residential Conversion of a 17th Century Aisled Barn

Conversion of 17th century aisled barn to two-bedroom barn with "L" shaped plan to a house with adjacent apartment.  This conversion involved careful detailing to retain historic fabric wherever possible while achieving this part-two storey conversion with new structure discreetly introduced.  Innovative connection of steel beams to principal posts. Numerous innovative details were formulated.
