Knole House Opens

First phase of £1 million project to make 8 more rooms of Knole House open to the public

Work has been completed on the first phase of the exciting £1 million project to make 8 more rooms of Knole House open to the public. The house was built originally as an Archbishop's Palace between 1456 and 1486 and is now maintained by the National Trust while remaining the residence of the Sackville family.

Adrian Cox Associates has been involved in the structural design associated with creating a new visitor reception area and access to the Orangery including the design and detailing of specialist timber resin repairs in-house.
